Advisory Council
When Quinta Mazatlan opened to the public in 2006, the City of McAllen Mayor and Commission appointed an Advisory Board. The Board serves to further the mission, goals, programs and development of Quinta Mazatlan. The Board meets monthly at Quinta Mazatlan.
