Quinta Mazatlan offers rentals of the beautiful mansion… For corporate events, dinners,
weddings and other celebratory events, as well as rooms for business meetings during business hours.
Reservations During Business Hours (Business Meetings) 
Use of rooms during business hours is specifically allocated for business meetings only. Parties/birthdays/baby-wedding showers and other celebrations do NOT fall under the “business meeting” category.

Fee includes tables and chairs based on the “Furniture Availability” list provided by Quinta Mazatlan. Fee also includes set-up and take-down of the Quinta Mazatlan furniture only. Other furniture items/needs are the responsibility of the lessee.
NOTE: All provisions of and cost of food, beverage/coffee, ice, floral, table cloths/linens, entertainment, audiovisual, special lighting and other features of the event are the responsibility of the lessee. |

It is necessary to strictly adhere to the event “Closing Hours”
Friday & Saturday Night “Closing Hour” 11 PM (plus one hour for take-down and clean-up to midnight)
Week Nights “Closing Hour” 10 PM (plus one hour for take-down and clean-up to midnight)

Estate Package: $5,000
(Grand Hall, Cedar Hall, Adobe Hall, Palm Courtyard and Front Lawn)
Package includes: Tables and chairs (for up to 300 guests based on “Furniture Availability” list from the city) plus the following staff to oversee the protection of the venue: Facility Manager, Grounds Manager, two 8-passenger golf carts with drivers, two parking attendants, custodian and security guard. |
Wedding Package: $5,500
Wedding Package includes all the benefits of an Estate Package plus the extra care and time needed for a Wedding at Quinta Mazatlan. Additions to the Estate Package include: Two-hour Rehearsal during business hours, two-hour bridal photo shoot during business hours, bridal room and groom room for wedding. |
Two Night Package: $8,000 (Back-to-Back Evening Rentals)
Two-Night Package is $5,000 for the first night and $3,000 for the second night. Discount designed only for back-to-back evening rentals. |

Other Rental Opportunities
Photography during business hours - $30 per hour (based on availability of facility, minimum of 2 hours)
Non-Profit Facility Rentals - Non-profit organizations are eligible for a 30% discount off the package facility rental rate. Discount is NOT applicable on Saturday night rentals.
