The Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas teems with unique animal and plant life. In Valley Ark Life Along the Rio, poet Jan Seale and photographer Ansen Seale, longtime residents of the region, celebrate this diverse and remarkable world. These pictures with their poetic commentary provide an armchair entre into a corner of Texas that deserves admiration and preservation.
HUMMINGBIRDS OF TEXAS

Texas has eighteen species of hummingbirds documented within its borders-more than any other state in the United States. The exhibit features the beautiful illustrations by Clemente Guzman from the book “Hummingbirds of Texas”.
