Teen Programs
Quinta Mazatlan provides a variety of teen-oriented nature programs and activities designed for youth passionate about the natural world and making discoveries. Programs are intended to feed the mind, affirm individual strengths and bring forth environmental stewardship. Volunteer opportunities are also available for teens in need of service learning hours.

Programs
- Birding 101 Learn to ID birds by sight and sound, collect and interpret bird data, sketch, and use binoculars to make new avian discoveries
- GPS Workshop Experience the thrill of finding "hidden treasure" in our local Thornforest and around the globe! Search for clue and destination points using Global Positioning System (GPS) Technology. Bring your own GPS or borrow one of ours!
- Digital Photography Workshop Explore the natural world behind a lens as you learn to take winning snapshots of local wildlife in action! Capture and mount stunning photos in your own uniquely designed photo journal or share them with friends via Facebook! Bring your own camera or borrow one of ours! (Cameras are limited and available upon pre-registration.)
- Nurture Nature- You Service Oppurtunities Need community service hours or would just like to escape the fast-paced, high-tech world and lend nature a helping hand? From planting seedlings to assisting with special events, we welcome your support! Walk in anytime and learn how to apply your skills and interests at Quinta Mazatlan.
